Trainee Quantity Surveyors The Company usually recruits approximately 2/3 trainees annually, there are currently 8 trainees employed, all of whom are at various stages of their training. Each trainee attends Salford College on a day release basis where they are studying for their BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying, which is a 5 year course. Each trainee is placed with a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a Construction Team to gain valuable practical experience and achieve an overall grounding in their chosen profession.
